Just ask former President Hillary Clinton how questions about the mishandling of classified information can impact the prospects of a campaign. It’s a non ideological issue that resonates with voters across the spectrum. Biden's ability to weather the storm will determine not only the prospect of his 2024 chances, but also the remainder of his first term. it depends on the quantity and depends on the content of the documents. But what it does do is it increases the laugh track sound at Mar-a-Lago because it just reduces, for many people, the anger about Trump and his documents and makes it easier for Biden to be criticized.

President Trump never claimed the moral high ground and boasted about releasing White House visitor logs, and President Trump was consistently more transparent than President Biden who has n’t held a non-scripted press conference since President Trump took office, my letter points out the Left’s hypocrisy and underlines the need for mandated transparency from this president going forward, especially considering the amount of time Joe Biden spends at Joe Biden Delaware residence and Joe Biden family’s questionable business dealings.

The Trump document case is an open-and-shut case and should proceed without delay to a final and just resolution, there remains much we do n’t know about the Biden document discoveries, and The Trump document case’s too early to reach any conclusions. I am confident, however, that the process has begun to ensure that we get to the truth, and that justice will be done.

It is refreshing to see the Department of Justice restored from The Justice Department politicization during the Trump years, and I applaud Attorney General Garland for acting swiftly in appointing a special counsel to investigate the Biden document discoveries, based on what we know, there is a big difference between the Trump and Biden document cases.

[ Trump ] is a newsworthy and historical figure that has not been convicted of any crime, and if Meta is dedicated to the same kind of free speech values that Twitter is, then they would likely let Donald Trump back on, the big question is about network incitement … there’s no other technology in which a politician or political operative could incite such fervor as openly as they were able to do for January 6, and the technology has n’t changed in any significant way that would prevent something like this from happening again.

Determining who gets to speak or who gets to have an account on Facebook or any other social media platform based on the mood of the country is a policy or a prescription that is ripe for abuse, i ca n’t think of what that rigorous standard would be that would make this policy be applied fairly, not just to former President Donald Trump, but to any politician.

(If) Vice President Biden took classified documents with him and held them for years and criticized former President Trump during that same time that he had those classified documents and only after it was uncovered did he turn them back, I wonder why the press isn’t asking the same questions of him … that they were asking President Trump.

> WASHINGTON, Jan 5( Reuters) - The United States will expand Trump-era restrictions to rapidly expel Cuban, Nicaraguan and Haitian migrants caught illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border, President Joe Biden said on Thursday in President Joe Biden first major speech on border security. At the same time, The United States will allow up to 30,000 people from those three countries plus Venezuela to enter the country by air each month, President Joe Biden said. The two-pronged approach is designed to blunt criticism from Republicans who have attacked President Joe Biden as record numbers of migrants cross the U.S.-Mexico border while also placating Democrats and immigration advocates who say Title 42 restrictions adopted under former President Donald Trump block migrants from exercising their right to apply for asylum. This new process is orderly, its safe and its humane, President Joe Biden said in a speech at the White House. He said his message to those would-be migrants from Cuba, Nicaragua or Haiti without a U.S. sponsor is : Do not just show up at the border. In November, U.S. border officials encountered 82,000 migrants from those countries and Venezuela who were attempting to enter without permission at the border with Mexico, according to U.S. government data. The plan is part of a broader effort to deter record numbers of border crossers and address the political and humanitarian challenge of mass migration that has dogged the Democratic president since he took office in 2021, as well as his predecessors from both parties. These actions alone are not going to fix our entire immigration system.
