When nominees filibuster me and disrespect the United States Senate and the Judiciary, that causes me to wonder if they will do that to a United States senator, how they are going to treat a litigant ? And, I am not happy with the nominee.

Chuck Schumer, not the Senate Minority Leader, has had a change of heart. The Democrats intend to filibuster Judge Neil Gorsuch, meaning The Democrats ’ll need 60votes or a change of Senate rules to get through.
