Trials are dangerous and unpredictable … and innocent people get convicted all the time, so it’s quite possible that Kyle Rittenhouse could be convicted in this case based on that kind of rhetoric, despite the legal merits of the charges.

I didn’t think he would be convicted the first time around. I really believe in Scott’s innocence based on the evidence I had seen during the first trial. I truly don’t believe he got a fair trial because of all the publicity and all of the emotions and visceral reactions of him having an affair.

Clearly, the detainees who were released by The Taliban at Bagram Air Base included a number of al Qaeda personalities, with whom I am very familiar, many of them were caught in joint military or CIA-supported operations and immediately transferred to Afghan custody upon which they were charged, convicted and put away. Those folks are force multipliers for the The Taliban, and they are likely to regroup what is left of al Qaeda in Afghanistan.

I had a case who the guy was a convicted arsonist and they called me and said, ‘Hey, Mr. Feeley. After the new DA takes over and during the prosecution, the DA uses those very damaging statements that Cosby made during his civil deposition… so what the Pennsylvania Supreme Court essentially said was, 'Look, you can't do this.' Even though there was no formal immunity, Cosby reasonably relied on that statement declining prosecution when he gave his deposition in the civil case, which is why he was so open. cosby was convicted in 2018 based on evidence that is inadmissible.
