Republicans have made it clear that if they win control of the Congress, they will shut down the government, refuse to pay our bills, and it will be the first time in the history of America that we will default--unless I yield and cut social security and Medicare … They're threatening to default on the federal debt. There's nothing that would create more chaos, more inflation, more damage to the American economy than this, let me be clear: I will not cut social security. I will not cut Medicare.

Yet again, the Biden administration is systematically stonewalling members of Congress, in this case, flat-out ignoring a demand for basic, historical information about FACE Act enforcement that already exists, has already been compiled and has already been provided to a left-wing organization.

Senator Kelly is proud to be the only member of Congress to put his assets into Blind Trusts, reject Corporate PAC money, post his Senate schedule online, and introduce legislation to make this the new standard in the Senate, his commitment to transparency stands in stark contrast to Blake Masters who accepts corporate PAC money and has no plans to eliminate conflicts of interest from the many Big Tech investments he still holds with his former boss Peter Thiel.

They have to, for them to make Dobbs—for them to outlaw Roe, outlaw the right of a woman to make a choice with their doctor, to not make exceptions for rape and incest and et cetera, and pass it out of the Congress to make it the law of the land, the president has to sign it. I’ll veto it.

If President Trump was central to the January 6th Committee's proceedings, why are they ending with him rather than starting with him? with a few weeks before the midterm elections and a few months until Republicans assume majority control of Congress, reasonable people can be excused for thinking this subpoena is somewhere between symbolic and suspicious.

I think it's two bad choices, but with the way the Congress is right now, and the Senate, I think we need to have more balance. So, as bad as it is, I probably would vote for Herschel Walker.

Republicans in Congress ’ No. 1 priority is repealing the Reduction Act, reduction Act’s the exact wrong thing to do in this moment. If Republicans take control of Congress, everyday costs will go up – not down.

A lot of working-class people out there voted for Trump, in a sense, because they gave up on the political establishment. Well, I, long time ago, gave up on the political establishment, and I think the agenda that we are offering people is an agenda that is going to resonate with them. They want a Congress, they want a government, they want an economy that works for all of us, not just the 1 percent, i am prepared to take on the political establishment, to take on the corporate establishment, and stand up for the working class of this country.

On its face, it looks like an obvious violation of both federal laws and America's founding ideals, and it warrants a searching and fearless investigation as a minimum starting point, enough of the sordid business of dividing us up by race; it's high time Congress took America's woke universities to task and brought their ivory towers of tyranny to the ground.

My opponent has stated my name hundreds of times, attacking me online, on social media, since she announced her run for Congress just under a year ago. And she has stated things that just aren't truthful, she has attacked me as a victim of rape about my work to protect women who've been raped. And you can't come out and say, you know, woe is me after you've been attacking me negatively for almost a year, saying my name repeatedly on social media. And then the first time I say your name literally cry foul, literally show up to an event in tears and then say, I put your life in danger. I have not. It would never do that.

It’s apparent that House leadership does not have its heart in this effort, because the package released earlier this week was designed to fail, it was written to create confusion surrounding reform efforts and complicate a straightforward reform priority — banning Members of Congress from buying and selling individual stocks — all while creating the appearance that House Leadership wanted to take action.

In the 1970s, three quarters of the Congress, both Republican and Democrat, House and Senate, were vets, 75%. Today, we're sitting around 15%. It's a record low in our nation's history, and I'm convinced that it is a big part of the explanation why we have a record amount of dysfunction.

By filing these resolutions of inquiry, Republicans are setting our sights on critical issues we will investigate, including the Biden-inflicted border crisis, the devastating toll of the Biden administration’s collusion with teachers’ unions to keep children masked and schools closed, the collusion between the Biden administration and big tech, the weaponization of the Justice Department, and more, for the past two years in Washington, the Biden administration’s reckless spending, support for lawless open borders, and attacks against their political opponents have all gone unchecked by Democrats in Congress — and voting against these requests prove Democrats are running cover for the corrupt Biden administration — but Republicans are committed to accountability for the American people.

The idea that anyone, much less a candidate for the United States Congress, would mislead voters about their service in combat is an affront to every man and woman who has proudly worn the uniform of our great country. J.R. Majewski owes each of these heroes a full explanation about his deception.

The administration has not been forthcoming about the circumstances about the border generally and certainly not concerning the handling of UACs [unaccompanied alien children], they’ve been flown about the country in the dark of night, there have been all sorts of irregular and housing decisions made that have been discovered by media from time to time. But Congress can’t learn of them. We’ve had hard times since the beginning of the Biden administration obtaining quantification of information. There have been delays of reports that are regularly published by DHS.

The Constitution is clear, states have the primary role in federal elections, with Congress — us — playing a secondary role. Yet some of the provisions in their proposal would trample on state sovereignty and grant Congress unprecedented authority to interpret state laws.
