foundational documents
the katota foundational documents comprise five main documents, and more could be added as and when required. they are published on various public domains. they require reading with an applied mind in the following order of priority: (i) the k1_blueprint (explaining the katota philosophy and general principles); (ii) the k2_business case (how the principles will be applied from a business point of view); (iii) the k3_model (the structure within which the katota philosophy will be applied and deployed); (iv) the k4_guidelines for systruct but specifically for the governance of katota foundations (as ethical managers on behalf of investors) and resident normas (as master licensors); and (v) k5_setting-up procedures. without compliance to the katota philosophy, it is impossible to participate in applying the katota philosophy for creating a better world. it presupposes accreditation and licensing once formal training has been completed. in order to retain accreditation and licensing, with the ability to make management decisions within the systruct, annual refresher courses are compulsory. please visit www.meribah.org
