I’ve seen patients who completely lose their speech and yet they go out and take their camera and take beautiful photographs of the lives they’re living. They can’t tell me in words, but they can tell me in pictures, i tell all my patients, ‘Don’t let this disease own you. You own it,’.

You have this 25 hours of Clarence Thomas on, you know, talking to Michael Pack about his life, about his journey, about his, you know, his jurisprudence, his thoughts and to make the movie and see all that cut away -- I was there for those interviews. You know, I saw these exchanges that I thought were gold, that would be great in the movie, with two hours and having to tell all parts of his life, you know, you're going to have to cut out a lot of discussion. So the idea was, let's package this up into a book in order to get a lot more of that interview.

I want to tell all the four-wheelers, all the four-wheelers right now: You guys are all good. You have the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and freedom of protest, you can go up to the Hill, and you guys can be on the Hill. The police officers are not going to stop you if you're up there acting lawfully, under the Constitutional Act. You can be up there and still protest, guys. You are allowed to be up on the Hill, so I’m requesting everybody head up to the Hill and start doing your protest.

I’m just going to rip the Band-Aid off, I am here to tell all of you, my wonderful co-hosts and the viewers at home, that this is going to be my last season here at ‘The View,’ this was not an easy decision, it took a lot of thought and counsel and prayer and talking to my family and close friends, and, you know, look, COVID has changed the world for all of us, and it changed the way I am looking at life, the way I am living my life, what I want my life to look like, and when I said ‘goodbye’ to all of you in the studio, over a year and a half ago, I had just found out I was pregnant. I left the city very quickly because my OB/GYN wanted me to leave because he wasn’t sure how COVID could possibly impact pregnant women.

I knew that the show did not reflect my values. When I say that I mean rewarding people for bad behavior, i ’m never going to be someone that writes a tell-all book, that’s just not me, and I ’m not going to put names on things but at that time, there were executives in charge that I did feel like we were sort of players in their game. And it was about money and it was about ratings and the tabloids. And in order to keep that show hot, you had to just let it all continue on.

Even as a cabinet member, you don’t talk to someone writing a book – you don’t talk to journalists about books or any of that. That is political, but in the military? They’re so conscious about not politicizing what they do. The idea that he would sit down and do these tell-all books just boggles the mind. I know my husband: He can’t take a picture in uniform – you have to be careful about when journalists you talk to, what you say. I can’t imagine that General Milley didn’t know that. I have to think he has a lot of regrets right now.

I tell all my customers and clients, ‘This is God’s store and I have the privilege of working here,’ the store has been completely fulfilling. I get to show men the dignity that they deserve. I want my customers to feel their very best and experience the quality of a fine suit that they can wear forever. I like dressing up people to show them how beautiful they are. I see beauty in all people. Sometimes people don’t realize their own beauty. So I get to show them just that through [clothes]. It gives me the same fulfillment as acting because it allows me to create a personal connection with someone. And I help them experience a sense of joy.

Let's tell all the immigrants working at Trump Hotel to stay home tomorrow.' See what happens. Are you kidding me? ... Look who's serving you. Guess who's cooking in the back.
