Statute of limitations: Once a crime happens its apart of history forever, it will never go away. Maybe memories fade, maybe witnesses die, maybe evidence gets lost, destroyed, tampered with, or expires but the crimes themselves never actually expire. Therefore they require justice. The only time there should ever be a limitation on charging a crime is if there's not enough truth, facts, and evidence to support it. You don't ever want to convict innocent people of crimes they never committed, you don't ever want to unjustly penalize people. As long as there's enough truth, facts and evidence to support the crime then just penalties should be administered to the appropriate people no matter if its been a 100 plus years since the crime took place. If there's no justice for the crime in life then justice is required for the crime in the afterlife. Either way it go's justice is required for the crime. You don't ever want guilty people getting away with crimes, whether it's in life or in the after life.

God: God created the world, God knew the sum total, he knew the absolute value, of how the world was going to be, God does minimal to nothing to stop the malice, injustices, and cruelty. God rejects justice meaning he doesn't properly and appropriately penalize those who deserve to be punished and he doesn't protect and defend those who deserve to be secured. When I look at these harsh realities, my rational thinking activates, and makes me believe that God is pure evil.

Lawmakers are considering reducing how often the president must make these decisions on waivers and certifications. They’re also debating stronger enforcement of the nuclear deal, and more measures to penalize Iran’s ballistic missile program. Sources close to the discussions said Tillerson met Wednesday at the White House and this weekend at Camp David with the president to discuss these deadlines and broader Iran policy. The goal is actually to get a better deal, the way you do that is to create the conditions through more pressure and also to regovern the way under which the U.S. is party to the deal and to tighten the conditions for sanctions relief and clarify the path ahead.

The offence of unexplained wealth (also called possession of unexplained wealth) will penalize people for possessing wealth disproportionate to their known lawful sources of income if they cannot provide a satisfactory explanation for this.

We've got to penalize employers who hire people who are here illegally, because the fact is that that shouldn't happen and it's exploiting American workers. But in addition to that, it's exploiting many of those people who are here illegally because they're being paid less money. So we need to make bigger fines to make sure that those employers who violate the law are being held accountable.

Lack of regulation is as bad as over-regulation. Although I believe governments should not regulate free market choices, I also believe they should regulate to protect investors against conflict of interests and negligence by investment bankers. Regulations should also ensure full transparency and disclosures and should effectively penalize violators.
