Anthony Prate told the police that Anthony Prate wife had unbuckled Bridget Prate seat belt to look for Bridget Prate purse and a water bottle just seconds before Anthony Prate lost control of the vehicle, crossed over the center line, and hit an oncoming car and a tree before coming to a stop. When paramedics arrived, three bystanders had surrounded the car while Anthony Prate attempted to give mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to Anthony Prate wife. Bridget Prate didnt have a pulse and Bridget Prate wasnt breathing. One of the bystanders said Anthony Prate, who had suffered only minor injuries, looked frantic and shocked.

I initially thought it was a (tire) blow out. The duck boat then hit another car with a roof rack then went head on into the oncoming tour bus, the scene was pretty gruesome ... There were people in shock.

A supervisor strives to see the light at the end of the tunnel and hope’s it’s not the light of an oncoming train. A bigger problem is to be a supervisor on the train and find that the tunnel has not been started yet. A failing company is often referred to as a train wreck!
