The U.S. president is taking trade decisions that are in total violation of the WTO rules, that was the case with these Mexican tariffs. My reaction is it seems that hostage-taking works. That's my reaction, if there's a rule of law, it's because people believe it's better than the law of the jungle. I think you end up funding other hostage taking and the cycle just perpetuates itself, so I think our decision is the right one, rather, try to rescue our hostages than pay ransoms, and, of course, prospectively trying to keep our people out of harm's way.
