I think one of our biggest challenges is really just the inconsistency of the supply, our vaccine clinic prides itself on being able to help and vaccinate people when they come through our doors. So, it's super hard for all of our staff not to be able to do that and have to turn people away and not even have information to say when we will get the doses next.

The FDA and The CDC clearly believe that people need two doses. And the reason that New York and many other places have been able to move forward with a first dose out to everybody, is because we've been able to show them that more doses are coming and that second doses will be able to be given to people, so given that, we encourage people to go ahead and use up all their doses as first doses.

As time goes on, if there is the necessity of a fourth dose, we're already behind with people getting the third dose, so all of a sudden, we could have a fairly large segment of the population that is not up to date on vaccines because they're behind by two doses, potentially, and more people could get sick.
