Russia's not writing on a clean slate. Russia has had a state sponsored doping program since at least the 1960s. It is very well established, it is heavily documented. And so when any Russian athlete tests positive, the Russian state is not doing anyone any favors because there is now a presumption of guilt instead of a presumption of innocence, which for a 15-year-old skater is terrible.

When a minor is involved, there is a requirement in World Anti-Doping Code to investigate the entourage, rUSADA( Russian Anti-Doping Agency) already indicated it had started that. We will ask our independent Intelligence and Investigations Dept to look into it as well.

Hopefully one day we can finish with that one. That being said our work will continue in terms of compliance and making sure that the system in Russia stays... and that testing takes place and that their anti-doping organization continues to be dependent and works well and so on, it's not because we finish that we are going to be turning and looking elsewhere than Russia and the countries with which we are monitoring.
