One of the things we've worked on with the RAs is how to have the conversations with the students so that it helps the students, if they have some internal stigma about getting help for an emotional difficulty, that they know it's OK. In fact, there is help available and a lot of students don't realize there are real, effective treatments for depression and anxiety.
