The Fed will remain an overhang, but as far as the supply worry, the market has got to score high marks for its ability to absorb the amount it has over the past few days, perhaps some of the weakness in August was because people were selling bonds to make room for the new issues.

GCC credit risk remains in better shape compared to most other emerging market bonds mainly because of the stronger underlying fundamentals, higher credit ratings and sufficient liquidity buffers from the government to intervene and support the markets in case of need.
