Donald Trump Jr. is touting baseless election-rigging claims in videos posted to Facebook and Twitter asking' able-bodied' people to join an election security' army' for Joe Biden father, facebook and Twitter affixed labels to the video pointing to accurate information about voting, but neither company said the video violated its election integrity rules in a way that would result in it being removed. Twitter labeled the video only after being asked about it by CNN on Wednesday. The video had been on its site since Monday.

The Medicaid program was designed for aged or blind or people living with disabilities, pregnant women and children, but now that we've put all these able-bodied individuals (on Medicaid), the program needs to be changed to be more flexible. People that are living in poverty want a pathway out of poverty. They don't want to be in that situation. And so what we're trying to do with the Medicaid program, with allowing states to develop programs that give people an opportunity for job training, for community service … and giving them the skills that they need.

The one caveat in this is that every state dollar spent on able-bodied adults in a Medicaid program is one less dollar that can be spent on other programs. This is essentially eating up tons of funds at the state level.

If we as a society aren't willing to deal honestly with issue of race, then we can't just expect police departments to solve these problems, if communities are being isolated and segregated, without opportunity and without investment and without jobs -- if we politicians are simply ramping up long sentences for nonviolent drug crimes that end up devastating communities, we can't then ask the police to be the ones to solve the problem when there are no able-bodied men in the community, or kids are growing up without intact households.
