The media has always been great to us and has really kept the investigation on track, and if this turns out to be true, we need some documentation because of what we’ve experienced in the past … I learned from my mistakes in 2005 that when I go to the island, there’s going to be a camera and we’re going to document things. And that’s exactly what we did. And it started probably in February or March of this year.

It it turns out to be, as we've suspected, a massive Jupiter-like planet with a moon roughly the size of Neptune, it's very strange, and not like anything astronomers have expected to exist out there, and that might tell you there's really some strange stuff going on elsewhere, not at all like what we see in our neighborhood.

Many people seem to think it foolish, even superstitious, to believe that the world could still change for the better. And it is true that in winter it is sometimes so bitingly cold that one is tempted to say, ‘What do I care if there is a summer; its warmth is no help to me now.’ Yes, evil often seems to surpass good. But then, in spite of us, and without our permission, there comes at last an end to the bitter frosts. One morning the wind turns, and there is a thaw. And so I must still have hope.”

It tackles the most common cause of fatality, which is the blind spot. According to Emily Brooke, 79 percent of bicycles involved in crashes are traveling straight ahead when a vehicle turns into them. Emily Brooke said Emily Brooke chose the 20-foot distance because it's half the length of a bus, and Emily Brooke wanted the laser image to be green because the human eye is most sensitive to green light. TINY, LENS-FREE CAMERA COULD HIDE IN CLOTHES, GLASSES Drivers just see it and all they need to do is not turn, not react, not turn into the cyclist or not pull out, people see it and go, ‘ What is that ? ’ And that's perfect, as long as they don't make that turn, which can be potentially fatal …. Emily Brooke said The Laserlight alerts not only drivers, but pedestrians, too, about oncoming bikes. One of the most obvious cases.

Given the threat that we found in the 1.5 generation, more needs to be done in the U.S. assimilation process, we ca n’t vet an 8-year-old to see if he will become a terrorist when he turns 18 or 28. Instead, we as a country need to rethink the way we assimilate refugees, and immigrants as a whole for that matter.

Typically, public health uses top-down strategies. The most effective messages are believed to come from the experts, 'from the top.' The people who know the most about the subject, the people who are paid to sit around and think about the subject, it turns out, though, that if you look at the Sheen effect and if you look at these other examples of organic media events ... that's not the case. These messages, they come from the bottom; they come from ordinary people. People who aren't health experts. Sheen might be a celebrity, but he's not a health expert. Angelina Jolie is not a health expert.

It turns out that actually because of our study, we got to see those things happen. When we published our study, a few weeks later, Charlie Sheen began speaking out about HIV prevention, particularly condoms, and he cited our study as one of the reasons for doing that, we also saw several leading organizations in HIV prevention begin to use Charlie Sheen's disclosure as a way to promote HIV prevention.

If it turns out for example that the presidency had nothing to do with any of that, if it turns out that it was entirely irrelevant and he is firing Comey for political reasons it pretty much dies on the vine, but if it goes further than that to show that he is trying to protect either himself, or some other member of his team from the disclosure of an event that would be criminal or an huge embarrassment and he goes through illegal acts that would prevent the disclosure, then he is going to get himself into trouble.

I was out on the road and I know the Comey letter made a difference. I saw that, as I was out and about, people would ask a lot about it and it would raise questions that as it turns out that were unnecessary. I think (Clinton) did the right thing in taking responsibility (for the loss), but there were outside factors in Comey and what the Russians were doing.

Tyrion Lannister: Last time we saw each other was at Winterfell, yes? You were making jokes about my height, I seem to recall. Everyone who makes a joke about a dwarf's height thinks he's the only person ever to make a joke about a dwarf's height. A height of nobility. A man of your stature. Someone to look up to. You're all making the same five or six jokes.Theon Greyjoy: It was a long time ago.Tyrion Lannister: It was. And how have things been going for you since then? Not so well I gather. Can't imagine you would have murdered the Stark boys if things had been going well.Theon Greyjoy: I didn't murder the Stark boys. But I did things that were just as bad, or worse.Yara Grejoy: And he paid for them.Tyrion Lannister: Doesn't seem like it. He's still alive. It was complicated for you I'm sure, growing up at Winterfell. Never quite knowing who you were. But then, we all live complicated lives, don't we?Daenerys Targaryen: You've brought us a hundred ships from the Iron fleet, with men to sail them. In return I expect you want me to support your claim to the throne of the Iron Islands?Theon Grejoy: Not my claim. [nods his head to Yara] Hers.Daenerys Targaryen: What's wrong with you?Theon Greyjoy: I'm not fit to rule.Tyrion Lannister: We can agree upon that at least.Daenerys Targaryen: Has the Iron Islands ever had a queen before?Yara Grejoy: No more than Westeros.Theon Grejoy: Our uncle Euron returned home after a long absence. He murdered our father, and took the Salt Throne from Yara. He would have murdered us if we'd stayed.Daenerys Targaryen: Lord Tyrion tells me your father was a terrible king.Yara Grejoy: You and I have that in common.Daenerys Targaryen: [after a short pause] We do. And both murdered by a usurper aswell. [turns to Tyrion] Will their ships be enough?Tyrion Lannister: With the former masters' fleet, possibly. Barely. [glares down at Theon] There are more than a hundred ships in the Iron fleet- Theon Grejoy: There are. And Euron's building more. [to Daenerys] He's going to offer them to you.Daenerys Targaryen: So why shouldn't I wait for him?Theon Greyjoy: The Iron fleet isn't all he's bringing. He also wants to give you-..Yara Grejoy: [scornfully] His big cock, I think he said. [Daenerys raises her eyebrows disapprovingly, smirking at Tyrion] Euron's offer is also an offer of marriage, you see.. You won't get one without the other.Daenerys Targaryen: And I imagine your offer is free of any marriage demands.Yara Grejoy: [softly] I never demand but I'm up for anything really.[Daenerys gazes at Yara with a smile]Theon Grejoy: He murdered our father and would have murdered us. He'll murder you as soon as you have what he wants.Tyrion Lannister: The seven kingdoms?Theon Grejoy: All of them.Daenerys Targaryen: And you don't want the seven kingdoms?Theon Grejoy: Your ancestors defeated ours, and took the Iron Islands. We ask you to give them back.Daenerys Targaryen: And that's all?Yara Grejoy: We'd like you to help us murder an uncle or two who think a woman's not fit to rule.Daenerys Targaryen: [with a smirk] Reasonable.Tyrion Lannister: [to Daenerys] What if everyone starts demanding their independence?Daenerys Targaryen: She's not demanding, she's asking. The others are free to ask aswell. [turns her head back to Theon and Yara] Our fathers were evil men. All of us here. They left the world worse than they found it. We're not going to do that. We're going to leave the world better than we found it. [stands up and begins walking down the stairs towards Theon and Yara while she speaks] You will support my claim as the Queen of the Seven Kingdoms, and respect the integrity of the Seven Kingdoms. No more reaving, roving, raiding, or raping.Yara Greyjoy: [with a glare] That's our way of life.Daenerys Targaryen: No more.[Daenerys stares at Yara coldly, Yara turns her head to Theon who then nods at her in consent]Yara Grejoy: No more.[Yara lifts her arm up towards Daenerys. Daenerys, indecisively, looks over her shoulder at Tyrion who then signals her to accept Yara's arm-shake. After a brief hesitation, Daenerys puts a grasp around Yara's arm, shaking her arm]

Historically, the KGB has always tried to influence and destabilize events all around the world. The explicitly stated goal of the Soviet Union was world communism organized in a Soviet-like system. Therefore, anything that could destabilize free and democratic nations was fair game. The KGB were champions in the game of 'fake news,' which was called 'disinformation' in the old days. While Russia's goals are not as ambitious as those of the Soviet Union, it is quite clear that the Russian leadership desperately wants to re-establish a strong Russia, on par with the United States. Therefore, anything that helps destabilize the US and other Western countries, anything that turns the focus of those countries inward rather than at the real outward threats would benefit Russia. In my view, it is not possible for a foreign nation to have a significant impact on the outcome of elections in this country. Try as they might, all they will be able to do is nibble around the edges.
