I want to do homework on how to make a better place and how to market that. We should not spend more time on the darker angels that seem to be overcast over this country. We should be piping hope into every corridor of this country. I need to do a better job of marketing the greatness of this nation.

Even on a cloudy day, you still have UV light that's getting through the clouds and reflecting off the snow and can hurt your eyes, it's the same as getting a sunburn on the beach on an overcast day. The light may not be as intense, but it can still do damage.
