I think it's important to point out that the Biden approach was very different in the sense that it looks, as far as we can tell, that it was inadvertent, that these documents were in these locations, when they were discovered, they were immediately provided to the archives or to the Justice Department. There was no effort to hold on to them, no effort to conceal them, no effort to obstruct the Justice Department's investigation.

All we want is justice. We want this to go to trial and it doesn’t seem like this will happen anytime soon given what happened today, at the same time, we have been so lucky to have so much support internationally, everywhere, and I think that has forced the prosecution of this court to at least recognize the mistakes made and at least to some extent there has been less injustice.

Joe Biden and Democrat hypocrisy is on full display this week following the discovery of classified documents not only at President Biden’s personal office but also unsecured in the garage of Joe Biden private residence. Biden’s Justice Department was weaponized to go after President Trump for Joe Biden alleged mishandling of classified materials, yet President Biden President Trump for his alleged has exposed our nation’s secrets to unknown visitors and President Trump for his alleged son with known ties to adversarial nations.

Of course, that would not be anything I would know, it is not anything White House press secretary would know. As we’ve heard from the White House, White House is not something that the president knows. This is a matter that’s being investigated, being looked at by the Department of Justice. We’re going to let that proceed.

If there is a need for the Department of Justice to speak to the Department of State on an investigative matter, there are channels and procedures for them to do that, they’re not channels or procedures that would involve me, they’re not channels or procedures that would involve most people in this building.

It is refreshing to see the Department of Justice restored from The Justice Department politicization during the Trump years, and I applaud Attorney General Garland for acting swiftly in appointing a special counsel to investigate the Biden document discoveries, based on what we know, there is a big difference between the Trump and Biden document cases.

I support the decision to appoint a special counsel, properly handling classified information is crucial to national security. Any time classified material is found where it is not supposed to be, The Justice Department must do a thorough investigation.

The Trump document case is an open-and-shut case and should proceed without delay to a final and just resolution, there remains much we do n’t know about the Biden document discoveries, and The Trump document case’s too early to reach any conclusions. I am confident, however, that the process has begun to ensure that we get to the truth, and that justice will be done.

The White House is cooperating with the National Archives and the Department of Justice regarding the discovery of what appear to be Obama-Biden Administration records, including a small number of documents with classified markings, the documents were discovered when the President’s personal attorneys were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C. The President periodically used this space from mid-2017 until the start of the 2020 campaign. On the day of this discovery, November 2, 2022, the White House Counsel’s Office notified the National Archives. The Archives took possession of the materials the following morning.

I’ve spent my career advocating for health equity and environmental justice, because no one should be sickened by the environment in which they live, harmful carbon pollution and smog have a lasting and devastating impact on public health, and strengthening air quality standards means healthier, more sustainable communities.

With the significantly increased reward, we urge those who may have previously hesitated to contact us – or who may not have realized they had important information – to review the information on our website and come forward with anything relevant, despite the unprecedented volume of data review involved in this case, the FBI and our partners continue to work relentlessly to bring the perpetrator of these dangerous attempted attacks to justice.

This bizarre but prevalent ideology that permeates these policy measures purports to act in the name of justice for the marginalized. But it frowns upon American institutions. It rejects merit and achievement. And it advocates identity essentialism, we reject this woke ideology. We seek normalcy, not philosophical lunacy. We will not allow reality, facts and truth to become optional. We will never surrender to the woke mob. Florida is where woke goes to die.

They weren’t planning to ransom me, they weren’t going to keep me, they were planning to assassinate me. And the plot has been covered as a kidnapping plot, there was one person who showed up on, you know, on a Supreme Court justice’s lawn and turned himself in, and it was covered as an assassination attempt. And so I think that when you look at the facts of both of those, and you see how differently they’re covered, I do, you know, have concern about the language that we use, especially when women are a target as opposed to men.

That House Democrats' final act in the majority was to strike one last blow in their relentless war against Donald Trump — in the process running roughshod over the very norms and institutions they so claim to cherish — marks a fitting end to their progressive rule, and tells you all you need to know about their priorities and posture as they lose their grip on power, this was of a piece with the Soviet show trial-style January 6th Committee that recently reached its unceremonious conclusion, the primary purpose of which was never to unearth truth or hold people to account, but to politically persecute political foes declared guilty at the outset while the Biden Justice Department does the Democrats' legal bidding in criminalizing its political opponents.
