President Kennedy signed the original Community Mental Health Act of ’63. Attorney General Robert Kennedy created the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention in order to intervene early in young people’s lives, and my father was primary Senate sponsor of parity, these issues, and the incredible legacy that they all had on civil rights – from JFK being the first president to address the issue on national TV to RFK standing with Dr. King to my father’s seminal work on the Voting Rights Act – and immigration reform, are at the heart of my family’s legacy.

To be a juvenile delinquent is not a thing, you must be born with a label; I may of started label confused; and walked out doing what I wanted, wearing what I wanted, regardless of trends and others opinions, as well as everytime you sign up for a credit card/ credit line, you'll be declined every time for serious delinquency, now does that sound like you? Dont forget the head injuries, forgetful memories; the hell and back theory, and always being the same as you were when you hit the Juvenile stage to begin with. Not that you should label yourself a Juvenile Delinquent, rather so the labels you're defined as HITS YOU WITH A POP OUT.

I always want to err on the side of mercy, juvenile lifers released by a Supreme Court decision, the recidivism rate was less than 1%. That's a remarkable statistic. That demonstrates that these individuals, once they are released, are not Hannibal Lecters, they're out living their best lives. … You age out of crime. Now imagine people who have never taken a life to begin with, imagine what that recidivism rate would be.

To charge that offense, our office would have to be able to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, the minor specifically intended to kill the victims. There was no evidence of that. the probation officer had access to the reports and alleged facts in the case, the juvenile’s prior, and any mitigating or aggravating factors; but still recommended camp.

The probation officer had access to the reports and alleged facts in the case, the juvenile’s prior, and any mitigating or aggravating factors; but still recommended camp, the probation officer had room to recommend a harsher sentence for these felony charges but chose not to...That together with the fact the judge went along with the recommendation carries a lot of weight -- and lend support to the idea that this was a fair and reasonable resolution of the case.

This was done with limited guidance and no concerns for public safety, it was another ‘progressive policy’ termed a ‘reform.’ Currently, there [are] no male or female SYTF facilities in the county of Los Angeles at all. Even the locations for these facilities have not been finalized. So, as of right now, Tubbs will eventually be housed at Sylmar Juvenile Hall.

Judge Barrera’s hands were tied today – due to the fact that the DA’s office failed to file a motion to transfer Tubbs to adult criminal court, which is where she rightly belongs, instead, we’re left with a 26-year-old individual sentenced to two years in a juvenile facility in isolation, separated by sight and sound from the other juveniles.

Because of George Gascon's blanket policy against transferring any juvenile to adult court, even if the 17-year-old rapes or murders an innocent child, James Tubbs will not have to register as a sex offender, will not spend any time in county jail or state prison, will be 26 and housed with juveniles for a very short period of time, and will be released with no probation or parole monitoring. The victims will get no justice. The public will get no safety.

Additionally, records illustrate the Trump campaigns curiosity about what information WikiLeaks was going to make public -- and reinforce Robert Muellers conclusion that the Donald Trump team didnt conspire with WikiLeaks or Russian hackers to obtain the materials.Former White House adviser Steve Bannon told Robert Muellers team under questioning that Steve Bannon had asked Stone about WikiLeaks because Robert Muellers had heard that Roger Stone had a channel to Assange, and he was hoping for more releases of damaging information. Muellers investigation identifiedcontacts during the 2016 campaign between Donald Trump associates and Russians, but did not identify any conspiracy to tip the outcome of the presidential election. The lengthy investigation fueled numerous conspiracy theories that aired regularly on MSNBC and CNN, as well as in print inThe Washington Post, The Huffington Post, and elsewhere. FILE - This Feb. 21, 2019, file courtroom sketch shows former campaign adviser for President Donald Trump, Roger Stone talking from the witness stand as prosecution attorney Jonathan Kravis, standing left, Stone's attorney Bruce Rogow, third from right, and Judge Amy Berman Jackson listen, during a court hearing at the U.S. District Courthouse in Washington. Jonathan Kravis will run a new public corruption unit at the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General, which has jurisdiction over juvenile offenses as well as misdemeanor crimes. ( Dana Verkouteren via Associated Press, File) In a statement Tuesday, Roger Stone acknowledged that the search warrant affidavits contain private communication, but insisted that they prove no crimes. I have no trepidation about their release as they confirm there was no illegal activity and certainly no Russian collusion by me during the 2016 Election.
