We are now in a post-Dobbs world. So it’s not only figuring out how to manage an FDA-approved medication, it’s figuring out how to manage an FDA-approved medication in a dramatically fractured national landscape of state laws around abortion, the intention is to create as much chaos and confusion in the system.

They have to, for them to make Dobbs—for them to outlaw Roe, outlaw the right of a woman to make a choice with their doctor, to not make exceptions for rape and incest and et cetera, and pass it out of the Congress to make it the law of the land, the president has to sign it. I’ll veto it.

Election 2022 has been all about the economy from day one, it is true that the Democrat's gains over the summer came after the Dobbs' decision was reached. But the real driving force behind those Democratic gains was the declining gas prices. As thecost of gas goes up again, so do the Republican prospects on Election Day.

I can tell you it's on people's minds, Republicans and Democrats, a group of Republican women hosted it for me [and] told me they'd never voted for a Democrat before. But because of the Dobbs decision, because of the fact that they felt the Supreme Court took away a right and that my opponent is just so dangerous and extreme on this issue — I mean, by far the most extreme in the nation, leaves no room for exceptions — they felt that it was time to cross party lines and support me.

Seeing that Dobbs decision is a concern to me, and the other issues that this other radical Supreme Court -- radically conservative Supreme Court -- have signaled, the other personal rights Alaska Native women're talking about infringing upon is a great concern to me.

I don't want to poopoo them. Many of them made decisions before( Dobbs), but sometimes women can be their own worst enemy and not support each other. Nothing against the men candidates because they're great allies and we can't do it alone, but I think it's important to have women in leadership. For too long, we've had men making decisions about our bodies.

The President can feel confident in staking out a position -- I know I feel confident -- because we're not speculating. These are facts, we know exactly what these folks are doing and what they say they will do. You read Clarence Thomas's concurring opinion [ on the Dobbs decision ]. You listen to Kevin McCarthy. You look at a [ Ohio Rep. ] Jim Jordan.

The Dobbs ruling has created an untenable and dangerous situation for pregnant girls in the custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement, many of whom have fled from extreme violence and abuse, it is critical that The Biden administration take a stand to protect the basic health of these girls by issuing clear guidance ensuring access to abortion services for girls, regardless of what state they happen to be placed in.

What we urge LGBTQ + families to remember is that while outrageous and concerning, the opinion in Dobbs -- and Thomas' invocation of Obergefell as' next' -- does not mean that Obergefell will be overturned, marriage equality is still the law of the land.

Justice Thomas, who has never bowed to their assault, is at the zenith of his influence of any justice, really. And, you know, we see at the end of this term on all the opinions that have just come down, obviously, the Dobbs decision overturning Roe v Wade. Justice Thomas has been writing on overturning Roe v Wade since 1992. So, for 30 years he's been writing that this should be overturned.

You don't get a restrictive law like HB 1510, the law that's at issue in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, or like SB 8, the law that has basically bedeviled federal courts for a few months now and stymied access to abortion in Texas, unless you've so gerrymandered the districts in your state that your legislature doesn't necessarily reflect the scope of the populace.

But in some sense, Circuit Judge Edith Jones said what everyone is thinking : if Dobbs overrules Roe v. Wade, then the issue of SB8 is just dead in the water, at least in terms of the constitutional right to abortion.
