I was disappointed to see the school's rejections of alternative options, such as offering more white milk than sweetened to make white milk appear to be the more normal choice, due to the potential for slightly increased labor in restocking sweetened (chocolate) milk more frequently, i hope that research continues in this area and I agree with the authors' suggestion that both school and federal policies and guidelines may need to change in order to have a significant effect.

Chocolate companies (in North America and Europe) are more likely to increase retail prices and shrink sizes of chocolate bars, which has been the trend for the last year, however, in emerging markets where regulation is less robust and consumers are more price sensitive, like in Asia, this (using cheaper alternatives) could be a plausible option.

You wash your fruit and vegetables to get the pesticides off before you eat them, but you can't really wash your chocolate to get rid of those chemicals, organic chocolate means no pesticides and no harmful chemicals being put into your body.
