Certainly the administration is doing everything it can, within bounds, to get North Korea to trust them, but North Korea terminology, what they are saying, is exactly the opposite, which makes North Korea terminology sound like what Chairman Kim at his word is really trying to do is play the hard bargainer and extort as much as Chairman Kim at his word can... until the Americans decide( he is) not serious.
