I think the president from what I've seen and heard has made up his mind to run, and clearly he knew that this was likely to be an issue when the documents were turned over last fall, he was down with his family in the Caribbean. This type of scenario typically enhances conditions for a robust Caribbean low-level gyre that typically spins up late-season storms. We saw this scenario on steroids last year. This little batch of moisture across the central Caribbean is the one were going to watch, as it probably within the next four or five days gets into the central Gulf and we could be talking about a pretty significant hurricane.
