The policy document outlines how it chooses to share a specific portion of its profit with the local community, regional social enterprise projects or national, european or international social enterprise projects or programs that are contributing to the UN sustainable development goals . All employees have permission to contribute to the choice of which organizations, projects, programs and purposes the money is allocated to through a form of just, fair and transparent information, education and voting system. The effect of the sharing of the profit on human beings or animals is communicated to all employees and management simply, proactively and justly.
Social enterprise ethics policies are so important in society as its important we all are grateful to work contribute a portion of our profit and wages to other areas of our country and world to ensure ethics, morality, sustainability, redistribution of income, equality and the creation of peace on earth.
