The effect of the sharing of the profit on human beings or animals is communicated to all employees and management simply, proactively and justly.
Social enterprise ethics policies are so important in society as its important we all are grateful to work contribute a portion of our profit and wages to other areas of our country and world to ensure ethics, morality, sustainability, redistribution of income, equality and the creation of peace on earth.
