See the evening standard "the joy of schmeissing" Adapted ftom Russian Venik practice of smacking the body with a thick bunch of soaked oak leaves in a steam room -Steam for this and Schmeisse is perfect. Sauna is dry hot and does nothing for practisioners of the above art form
