Examples of olds in a Sentence
Early childhood is so important, the die is cast for a lot of Americans before they’re 5 years-old, and I hate to say that — it's not like there aren’t examples of 17-year-olds who had really, really rough childhoods and ultimately succeeded — but the reality is, for an awful lot of Americans, the die is cast, even before you’re 5 years old.

You know, the fact that a kid can go behind their parents that can do this is absolutely shocking. And Cloud was just trying to highlight that there are kids out there, and they need their voices heard, and they shouldn't be silenced.
I'm not going to sit here and tell you that she should have it, but you know, she's 16, and 16-year-olds do stupid things, in her record it says she was suspended for refusal to take (a drug test), and that's something that could affect her chances getting into a university.
