Wikipedia

  1. Love, Truth and Honesty

Love, Truth and Honesty is a song written and recorded by English girl group Bananarama. It was the first single released to promote the group's Greatest Hits Collection in 1988. The song was co-written and produced by the Stock Aitken Waterman (SAW) trio and was the last single Bananarama would write with Stock Aitken Waterman. It is the only Bananarama track which gives songwriting credit to new member Jacquie O'Sullivan. It was a moderate success in their home country, peaking at number 23 in the UK singles chart. It also was a top-40 hit in Australia and New Zealand. "Love, Truth and Honesty" did not fare well in the United States, briefly appearing on the U. S. Billboard Hot 100 and stalling at number 89. To date, this is the last Bananarama song to enter the U. S. pop charts. The song was performed on the opening night to their original line-up tour in 2017-2018 in Belfast. The song was then however removed from the setlist, as it was contributed with Jacquie O'Sullivan during her time with the band.
