labetalol
Labetalol is a type of medication known as a non-selective beta blocker and alpha-1 receptor blocker. It is commonly used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) by slowing down the heart rate and relaxing the blood vessels, which allows blood to flow more easily and reduces blood pressure. Besides hypertension, it may also be used to manage conditions related to heart diseases. Like all medication, it may cause side effects and should be used under a healthcare professional's guidance.
