    Flashpoints is a daily investigative news and public affairs program broadcast weekdays at 5 p.m. PST on Pacifica Radio station KPFA-FM in Berkeley, California. The program is broadcast on Pacifica's national feed. Executive producer Dennis Bernstein and senior producer Nora Barrows-Friedman provide daily coverage of events the mainstream and even some alternative news media fail to present. The Flashpoints team also includes roving producer Miguel Molina, contributing producer Robert Knight, technical director Miguel Guerrero, and environmental producer Amanda Bellerby. The program devotes considerable airtime to events and issues involving the Arab-Israeli conflict and Israeli-Palestinian conflict. On the ground reporting is broadcast from the Palestinian territories, Haiti, Colombia, Venezuela, and Afghanistan. Every Friday, the last 15 minutes of the program are given to Spanish-language Flashpoints en Español.
