    The Obama administration has done it again...invented a new word to try to deflect away from the real seriousness of the issue. Why not "avoid war?" Oh no, The weak and spineless Kerry/Obama team could never use that phrase.

      Who are they trying to impress with the newly invented word? Cannot be the Russians because Russians speak their own language and cannot careless what that stupid word means. They are trying to hide from the Americans how impotent they are to confront the Russians. Obama and Kerry at least should have the courage to resign.
