Wikipedia
Criminal record
A criminal record, police record, or colloquially RAP sheet (Record of Arrests and Prosecutions) is a record of a person's criminal history. The information included in a criminal record and the existence of a criminal record varies between countries and even between jurisdictions within a country. In most cases it lists all non-expunged criminal offences and may also include traffic offences such as speeding and drunk driving. In some countries the record is limited to actual convictions (where the individual has pled guilty or been found guilty by a qualified court, resulting in the entry of a conviction), while in others it also includes arrests, charges dismissed, charges pending and charges of which the individual has been acquitted. A criminal history may be used by potential employers, lenders, and others to assess a person's trustworthiness. Criminal records may also be relevant for international travel, and for the charging and sentencing of persons who commit additional criminal offenses.

criminal record
A criminal record is a formal documented history of an individual's previous convictions, arrests, or other legal encounters with the criminal justice system. It generally includes information about the nature of the crime, the date it occurred, related legal proceedings, and the final judgement or sentence. These records are usually maintained by various law enforcement agencies and are used for background checks, legal proceedings, and in some cases, for determining eligibility for certain privileges or jobs.

Criminal record
A criminal record or police record is a record of a person's criminal history, generally used by potential employers, lenders etc. to assess his or her trustworthiness. The information included in a criminal record varies between countries and even between jurisdictions within a country. In most cases it lists all non-expunged criminal offenses and may also include traffic offenses such as speeding and drunk-driving. In some countries the record is limited to actual convictions while in others it also includes arrests, charges dismissed, charges pending and even charges of which the individual has been acquitted. The latter policy is often argued to be a human rights violation since it works contrary to the presumption of innocence by exposing people to discrimination on the basis of unproven allegations.

Examples of criminal record in a Sentence
If these guys messed up, there are administrative ways to handle it. But we charge them with murder, these guys are put on multiple tours, and they’re stressed out. We’re fighting an enemy that has no uniform. These guys had no criminal record, I ’d have any of them as my neighbor, even living in my home. They’re phenomenal people. We second-guessed them and put them in prison.
What can be simpler or more accurately stated? The Mexican Government is forcing their most unwanted people into the United States. They are, in many cases, criminals, drug dealers, rapists, etc., this was evident just this week when, as an example, a young woman in San Francisco was viciously killed by a five time deported Mexican with a long criminal record, who was forced back into the United States because they didn't want him in Mexico.
We wo n’t look back at people’s history, we wo n’t look at their criminal record, we wo n’t look at anything other than the legality within our rules : Is this recording for this work eligible based on date and other criteria. If it is, they can submit for consideration.
My grandson is not a bad kid, he has no criminal record, he has no none-of-that. He's not, you know … they stereotype us. And he is not stereotype material, i know if he would have known he hit a kid, he would have stopped. He has a 5-year-old cousin. My family is not like that.
Usually, these types of convictions aren't given full faith in the United States. So that was essentially the argument I wanted -- that should've been brought up and tackled there. You hardly see these kinds of cases, they're very rare, i think this is probably something that ICE took a little too far. Tamas was here for many years. He was here legally, paying taxes -- he has no criminal record in the United States.
