Capsula
Capsula are a Bilbao, Spain-based band from Buenos Aires, Argentina formed in 1998 by Martin L Guevara and Cyborg Coni Duchess. Their name is the Spanish word for capsule and derives from the David Bowie song "Space Oddity". Their album Solar Secrets (2013), produced by Tony Visconti, was described by Rolling Stone as "garage-glam heaven on a platter" and it called them "a dynamic compression of the Who, the Cramps and Sonic Youth in a high tide of psychedelia."

Capsula are an indie rock/garage rock band from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Their name is the Spanish word for capsule and derives from the David Bowie song "Space Oddity". Influenced as much by 1960s South American psychedelic rock as by garage, they started in Argentina recording three albums: Sublime, Yudoka and a recording of experimental rarities named Ultimo Fragmento They start touring in Europe in 1998 and moved to Bilbao in 2001, city where all the members of the band live since then. In 2002 they publish Capsula with songs in Spanish and their first songs in English. For writing in English they use Surrealist automatism and Cut-up technique. The next following years from 2003 to 2005 they tour Europe and publish several CD singles, until they record Songs & Circuits, in 2006, with a Madrid-based label Discos Liliput. The album was released January 16, 2007 described them as "garage rock for the 21st Century" reminiscent of The Stooges, The Velvet Underground and the early The Rolling Stones. Described as live animals on stage by the press, their mix of raw noise with sonic sounds results in an exciting live act. In 2007 and 2008, Capsula tour USA, UK, Canada, Europe & Southamerica receiving rave reviews of their live gigs.
