Wikipedia

  1. bravo!

CTV Drama Channel (formerly known as Bravo) is a Canadian English language specialty channel owned by Bell Media. The channel was founded as the Canadian version of the U.S. channel Bravo (which is now owned by NBCUniversal) on January 1, 1995 by Moses Znaimer and its owner CHUM Limited, and originally focused on performing arts, drama, and independent film. As with its U.S. counterpart, the channel has dropped its arts programming but unlike its U.S. counterpart, which shifted to female-targeting reality and lifestyle-oriented series, the Canadian channel adopted a general entertainment format with a focus on drama. In 2007, Bravo was among the channels acquired by CTVglobemedia after buying the assets of CHUM Limited. The channel was relaunched in 2012 under a new logo and separate branding from its former American counterpart. Seven years later, the channel would rebrand again under its current name on September 12, 2019.

Look, I want them to do whatever it is they're fashioned to do, whatever they have an innate ability to do, and are willing to put in the work to get better at it. Whatever that is, I want them to do that. If that becomes something in the industry that I'm in? Bravo. I've met some of the most wonderful people in my life in my industry, I love what I do. Everybody on a set of a film or a TV show has to be great at their particular job for it to work.

  2. Simon Applebaum:

For example a network like Bravo or Discovery, they sort of see scripted as a natural way to expand their brand, they are also trying to take advantage of the fact that scripted is white hot. Everybody wants to do it. There are so many ways to do it now. There are so many people that want to get in and do scripted television. The rise of Netflix, Hulu and Amazon has really raised the creative bar about what people can do.

  3. Bethenny Frankel:

This weekend, Luann was surrounded by her girlfriends and decided -- with their support -- that in light of recent circumstances, it is the healthiest choice for her not to attend Tuesday's reunion taping so that she can continue in her healing process, luann is now surrounded by a core group of people who truly have her best interests at heart and who are working to make sure she gets the help she needs. Bravo has been very supportive of Luann during this time. It's a brave and honest decision by her, and everyone is rallying around her and wants the best for her.

  4. Bethenny Frankel:

I shouldn’t have been taken seriously in the beginning; I had no value, or I didn’t know the value I would have yet. I was a person that Bravo was hiring for $7,250 for the entire first season of [‘Real Housewives’].

  5. Tiffany Hendra:

We're like sisters. You yell and then you're like, ‘I love you. I'm sorry,’ but I would never put my hands on someone. And when that did happen, of course, I know that Bravo does not condone that… For us, I think that you will probably never see physical stuff that's happened in some of the ‘Housewives’ shows.
