Ursula
Ursula is the main villain in the Disney animated movie "The Little Mermaid". She is a witch with the lower body of an octopus. She is old and fat. Ariel is in love with Prince Eric, but, obviously, she can't meet him as a mermaid. So, she sells her voice to Ursula in exchange for her turning her into a human. However, Ursula turns herself into a young, pretty human named Vanessa, seduces Eric, and they decide to get married in his ship. On the day of the wedding, Ariel pulls out Ursula's necklace, breaking the spell and reverting her to her treue form (and undoing the spell she casted on Ariel). Angry, she grows to giant size and tries to sink the ship, but Eric drives the mast over her octopus body, impaling her and killing her. In the end, Ariel's father, King Triton, realizes that not all the people from the land are evil, and uses his magical trident to turn Ariel into a human. She married Eric soon after. The television series "The Little Mermaid" tells us Ariel's previous runs-in with Ursula before she met Eric. She is one of the guests in "House of Mouse", and was one of the Disney villains featured in "House of Villains". She appears in all three "Kingdom Hearts" videogames. In "Kingdom Hearts", Ursula tries to use the Heartless to take over Atlantica, but Ariel, Sora, Goofy and Donald defeat her. In "Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories", Ursula tries to use the Heartless to get revenge, but the heroes defeat her again. In "Kingdom Hearts II", Ursula tries to take over Atlantica without the Heartless this time, but Eric kills her by driving Triton's trident throught her body. Her hebchmen are the two eels, Floatsam and Jetsam. Unlike most Disney villains, Ursula treats them with respect and love.
