The act of being a double agent (two or more candidates) using the campaign contributions of N number of politicians and double-crossing them, using their funds, on the last two weeks BEFORE the elections--- and pouring all their combined funds to the coffers of only ONE preferred candidate to ensure victory for that chosen candidate. IN ILOILO CITY, PHILIPPINES, the chosen candidate is usually a Yellowtard (Those belonging to the 1986 EDSA People Power Revolution).
