    Side walk was not maintained by city yet city had been informed that multiple folks were falling at same location. Nothing was done until I suffered a serious Traumatic Brain Injury ie encephalomalacia where part of my brain was totally destroyed and no hope for recovery. I was robbed of any quality of life and my very existence was PLUNDERED by The city’s refusal to accommodate my handicap of suffering from HYPERSOMNIA and hold mediation later in day when i could cognitively function.
