    Kuang (traditional Chinese: 鄺; simplified Chinese: 邝; pinyin: kuàng; Wade–Giles: k'uang; Jyutping: Kwong3) is a Chinese surname originated from central China. Although Kuang is not amongst the 100 most common Chinese surnames, it is common amongst the Chinese diaspora in Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Fiji, Thailand, Peru, Cuba, Burma, Indonesia and Reunion Island.
