JULES is a community lead project which evolved from MOSES, the United Kingdom Meteorological Office (Met Office) Surface Exchange Scheme. As well as use by the Met Office climate modelling group a number of studies have cited JULES and used it as a tool to assess the effects of climate change, and to simulate environmental factors from groundwater to carbon in the atmosphere.JULES has been described as the most accurate global carbon budget model of net ecosystem productivity, because it has more years of data than other models.

Examples of Jules in a Sentence

  1. Lucien Bianchi:

If he had a severe handicap, we are convinced that is not what Jules would want, we talked about it. He discussed with us that if one day he had an accident like that of Michael Schumacher, that even if his only handicap was not being able to drive, he would have a lot of difficulty living. Because it was his life.

  2. Philippe Bianchi:

If he were to have severe handicaps, we are convinced that is not at all what Jules would want, we talked about it. He told us that if one day he had an accident like Michael Schumacher's, even if his only handicap was not being able to drive, he would have a lot of difficulty living with it. Because it was his life.

  3. Jules Renard:

Wrinkles are engraved smiles.” -- Jules Renard --

  4. Evan Fournier:

Jules, getting to know him, he’s an emotional guy. Because he puts so much into what he does. He probably wasn’t happy about that. Honestly, no big deal in my opinion. The dude played hard as hell, he fought extremely hard and he played well. So when you give everything you have for something and you put so much into something and it doesn’t work out or you’re being called out, sometimes it’s frustrating, but it’s the business that we’re in. And Julius is the image of the franchise. He’s the star player. Of course, he’s going to get more criticism. But that comes with it. And I think he understands it. If I remember well, his first year here he was getting booed consistently and then he bounced back and had an incredible season last year, so that shows a lot of mental toughness. So I’m not worried about Julius at all.

  5. Andy Savage:

Until now, I did not know there was unfinished business with Jules Woodson, jules Woodson, I am deeply sorry for my actions 20 years ago. I remain committed to cooperate with you toward forgiveness and healing.
