Hephzibah is a city in south Richmond County, in the U.S. state of Georgia. It is part of the Augusta – Richmond County Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 4,011 at the 2010 census. Hephzibah was originally named Brothersville, after the three Anderson brothers who were among the earliest settlers.
