Disguises
Disguises is the second commercially released album by Cauterize, following 2003's So Far From Real. This was the band's first and only album released by High4Records. The album includes six remastered tracks from the band's 2005 independently released album Paper Wings and two re-recorded songs from that album. The first 2000 buyers of the album online through MapleMusic received a five-track acoustic CD entitled Unmasked. Poor album sales were evident shortly after the album was released, as the Unmasked albums did not sell out, prompting them to be sold off by the label. Due to this, no music videos were released. The band decided to split approximately three months after the release of the album.
