Charing
Charing is a village and civil parish in the Ashford District of Kent, in south-east England. It includes the settlements of Charing Heath and Westwell Leacon. It is located at the foot of the North Downs and reaches up to the escarpment. The Pilgrims' Way, the M20 motorway and Charing railway station (between London Victoria and Ashford International via Maidstone) serve the parish.

Charing
Charing is a small village and civil parish in the Ashford District of Kent, in south-east England. The parish population is 2,750; it includes the settlement of Charing Heath. It is situated at the foot of the North Downs. The Pilgrims' Way and the M20 motorway both cross the parish, whilst Charing railway station is located on the line railway line between London Victoria and Ashford International via Maidstone. Services are operated by Southeastern, with one train in each direction throughout the day, and an much enhanced service during the morning and evening peak periods.
