    Catlin is a village in Vermilion County, Illinois, United States. It is part of the Danville, Illinois Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 2,087 at the 2000 census, and 2,086 in 2009. Current resident, Chad Hays, represents the 104th district of Illinois.
