Akram (Arabic: أکرم), is used to decline a kind offer for a hot drink (usually coffee)and is derived from the Arabic root word Karam (كرم), meaning generosity. In the Arabic language, it means "most generous." Akram is closely related to the word Karim (کریم), meaning generous.
