    British author Peter F. Hamilton's The Night's Dawn Trilogy consists of three science fiction novels: The Reality Dysfunction (1996), The Neutronium Alchemist (1997), and The Naked God (1999). A collection of short stories, A Second Chance at Eden, shares the same universe, and The Confederation Handbook documents that universe in non-fiction style.

    A person who believes in the God of the Bible, that God created the universe and everything in it, believes in God’s only begotten Son Jesus Christ, is pro-life and therefore does not smoke, does not drink coffee, soda, or alcohol, does not use hairspray or color their hair, does not tattoo their body, eats organically grown foods, and does not eat animals, does not use Round-up or other poisons, does not submit to genetic engineering, but who does wear clothes and shoes.

    Because I fit the definition, I am an Edenist.

    Etymology: Eden, the garden in which God set the first two humans he created, Adam and Eve; Genesis 1-3.
