tuang za khaiTuang Za Khai is the name of a writer, author, and researcher among the Zomi people, who are an ethnic group in Myanmar, India, and Bangladesh. He is known for his book "A Hizolo Omlo" (Nothing Is Impossible), which was a bestseller in Chin State, Myanmar, and for his scientific research on plant-microbe interaction. He is also a supporter of democracy and was expelled from his position at Kalay University by the military junta in 2021. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
