   Kali Yuga implies one of the trinity: Destruction \Creation \Preservation concept which cannot exist one without the other. It simply means transmutation from chaos to order and preservation of that order. Example: you demolish an old house that is unsafe for living and build a better one which you preserve. The trinity of cycles: destruction of the old and faulty, creation of the new and preservation. Just like the Sun which is a trinity.
