He's Mine is a song written by Casey Beathard, Tim James, and Phil O'Donnell. Originally recorded by American country music artist Billy Ray Cyrus on his 2009 album Back to Tennessee, it was also recorded by Rodney Atkins and released in November 2011 as the second single from his 2011 album Take a Back Road.
