The album features seven new songs in CD one and 15 previously released tracks in CD two from her debut album, Yan Zi Self-Title Album in 2000 to the 5th album To Be Continued... in 2003. It was released to mark her one-year break before the release of Sun's 6th album Stefanie Self-Title Album. The album features, "遇見", a theme song for 2003 joint Hong Kong-Singaporean romance film Turn Left, Turn Right; and "太陽底下" the theme song for Hong Kong 2003 Sun Plan theme song. The Singapore edition conatins the English and Mandarin version of "全心全意", the theme song of Sing Singapore for the 2002 National Day Parade.
