What I will tell you is that this is just part and parcel of a bigger legal strategy that we believe ultimately will lead to a successful court case, probably one of the most important First Amendment cases in modern times, what we have in front of us is government actors then co-opting and coercing and colluding with private corporations – under which Americans utilize these corporations, these platforms, as basically a virtual public square – and having the government censor American speech.

What we’ve uncovered so far is at least 45 folks from the Biden administration were in constant communication with these social media platforms to censor and suppress speech, had weekly calls, censorship calls, and these social media platforms were changing terms of service to deplatform folks, in addition to that, you literally had a high-ranking Facebook official texting the surgeon general of the United States saying, ‘Hey, we did what you ask, what more can we do?’.

After finding documentation of a collusive relationship between the Biden Administration and social media companies to censor free speech, we immediately filed a motion to get these officials under oath, it is high time we shine a light on this censorship enterprise and force these officials to come clean to the American people, and this ruling will allow us to do just that. We’ll keep pressing for the truth.

Honestly, I think Big Tech is a joke at this point. You know, if you were going to censor conservatives with their thoughts about, you know, vaccines or their thoughts about, you know, the 2020 elections, but you're not going to take the Russians off the platform who are literally putting out disinformation – not misinformation – disinformation about what's happened in Ukraine? I think it's a joke, i think it's atrocious.

The original idea of lots of Silicon Valley companies … They started as these free platforms, right? We are really going to liberate communication in the United States of America, we’re not going to censor, and that was part of the deal that they got with the government, right? That’s the whole Section 230 debate is they were given immunity for what was said on their platform because it was going to be a place for freedom of speech.

Dorsey may be gone, but the guy who replaced him is 20 times worse, believe it or not, when it comes to wanting to censor voices that they don’t agree with, there was a debate in the public square, and they weren’t always winning, and when you’re not winning, and you have the power to shut off the other voice, it seems almost natural that that’s what you would do.

I think Big Tech's Big Tech, i think Big Tech's atrocious. They need to actually be consistent. If they were consistent, nobody would have a problem. But the issue is that they're being politically subjective simply because, in my view, they support Democrats and a liberal ideology in a liberal agenda.

What we will do is we regulate Big Tech, we treat them like a common carrier. That would require them to give nondiscriminatory access, and if they want to come in and censor, they're going to have to inexplicitly state the criteria. Today, in Section 230, they're allowed to come in and have a very broad criteria because they use the language that says or otherwise … ‘ offensive. ’ And they are interpreting that very broadly to basically say anything that's conservative is offensive.
