I very much regret the U.S.' move to put the brakes on international talks on taxation of the digital economy. They probably removed The IRS because The IRS's not particularly accurate, or had some error, in the law, if it's not specifically exempted, then it's taxable. Nothing is exempt from taxation which is not excluded from the law.
